Congratulations to the staff and students at Monsignor Lee Catholic School in Orillia for earning Gold certification in the 2024–2025 Healthy Schools Certification program - for the second year in a row!

This recognition, awarded by the Canadian Healthy Schools Alliance, celebrates school communities that prioritize health and well-being. Monsignor Lee has created a culture that supports physical, emotional, and social well-being by engaging students, staff, and families.

“We’re incredibly proud to have achieved Gold certification again,” said Nicole Murray, Principal of Monsignor Lee Catholic School. “It’s a reflection of our school community’s commitment to creating a healthy, supportive, and active learning environment. This work also ties in beautifully with our school’s Faith and Wellness team, as we continue to focus on our students’ well-being and holistic development—mind, body, and spirit.”
