Transcript Requests

Transcript Office 

Beginning June 29th until July 31, 2026, students can order a copy of their transcript by filling out the Online Transcript Request Form.
After August 24th, transcripts can be ordered by contacting the school they last attended.

Pick up Locations 
June 29th - July 10th - Pick up at St. Joan of Arc Catholic High School (460 Mapleton Avenue, Barrie) between 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m
July 13th - July 31st - Pick up at the Catholic Education Centre (46 Alliance Blvd,., Barrie) between 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.. Note: The Catholic Education Centre is closed on Fridays from July 10th - August 14th.
August 4th - August 14th - Transcript office is closed and pick up is unavailable.
August 17th - 21st- Pick up at the Catholic Education Centre (46 Alliance Blvd,., Barrie) between 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m..


Please note: Students who have applied through Ontario College Application Services (OCAS), DO NOT need to request their transcript through the SMCDSB. The request for a transcript is made directly in your OCAS application. Students who have applied through Ontario Universities Application Centre (OUAC) still need to complete the SMCDSB Online Transcript Request Form.

Students who are attending summer school 2026 and need their completed mark to go to OCAS/OUAC are asked to complete the OCAS/OUAC Mark Upload Form.


Transcript requests take 48 hours to process.

Processing Fees

There is no cost for electronic transcripts. Individuals who are requesting hard copy transcripts must pay a processing fee of $20 for the first copy, and $5 for each additional copy. Payments must be made by cash or cheque and received prior to the transcript(s) being mailed or faxed. Cheques should be made payable to Simcoe Muskoka Catholic District School Board.

Fees can be mailed or dropped off to the Catholic Education Centre at: 46 Alliance Blvd., Barrie ON, L4M 5K3.
