Social Justice Team at Saint Gabriel the Archangel Catholic School launch "We Fill Hearts with Kindness" Campaign

“Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you.” (Ephesians 4:32)

For the next three weeks the social justice team at Saint Gabriel the Archangel Catholic School, in Barrie, will be running a campaign called “We Fill Hearts with Kindness”. They are looking to spread love and kindness around the school. Students in all classes will use blank paper hearts to write acts of kindness they have done around the school or received from others. These hearts will then be posted on the bulletin boards in the front hallway at the school.

We are looking forward to the outcome of this campaign. It would be great to see the walls overflowing with paper hearts!

This isn’t the first time students at Saint Gabriel the Archangel participated in Random Acts of Kindness. Throughout the Christmas season students at the school were notorious for leaving candy canes and nice messages on teachers’ cars in the school parking lot.
